We offer full time programs for children ages 2 years through pre Kindergarten. Children can attend for the school day only, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or they can take advantage of our extended care anytime between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. We also provide before and after school care for school age children attending the Coppell public elementary schools. Our school is family owned and operated and is not affiliated with any franchise, church or denomination. We are licensed by the state of Texas.
Our school accepts enrollment applications year round, but operates on a school calendar that follows the Coppell Independent School District. Tuition during the school year is divided into 10 equal monthly payments that begin in early August and end in May. The tutition covers the 41 weeks of the school year and there are no credits for absences. Summer tuition is charged weekly and students are allowed two weeks vacation credit when prior notice is given and they are absent for an entire week, Monday through Friday.
The Pierce Academy is closed on the following holidays: MLK Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, the Friday before Fall session (teacher workday), Labor Day, the Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving week, and a week at Christmas. Enrollment forms and current tuition rates may be downloaded from the links below. Enrollment is confirmed when the registration fee and the supply fee have been paid.
