About The Pierce's . . .
Craig grew up in Irving and holds a Master's degree from UNT in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling. He serves on the elder board and the preaching team at Irving Bible Church. He has also served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Irving Friendship Foundation, Irving Youth and Family Counseling Services and Irving Christian Counseling. For several years he was a part of the Association of Christian Schools' accreditation team for early education centers. Cathy grew up in Oklahoma and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Abilene Christian University.
Craig and Cathy Pierce opened their first preschool and child care center in Las Colinas in 1984 under the name "Pierce Private Day School". In 1995 they moved their location out to the Valley Ranch area. In 2005, they sold that school to a national child care organization and in 2013 returned to their own home town to continue this great tradition of excellence in early childhood education.
